I am a Marketing specialist with more than 10 years of experience both in a multinational company and in my own projects. I work autonomously as a freelance in marketing, since 2020.
In Colombia, I set up a stationery business in one of the best shopping centers in the city. Two years later, I decided to get 100% involved as co-founder of De la Peña Dehydrated. We started with a small retail store, our own brand and product line, and then sales to national distributors.
Taking for granted the Microsoft package: excel, word, ppt… that every professional should know, I have experience with:

Unlike many fellow freelancers, my decision was driven by my entrepreneurial spirit. I quit my job as a brand manager in a multinational company to be able to create my style of work and life.
What I have achieved has been with a lot of effort, dedication, and discipline.
I know what it means to start from scratch, with limited resources and few opportunities. From this I learned to adapt quickly, to be ingenious and recursive, but especially to see each difficulty as an opportunity.

My family has always been entrepreneurs out of necessity and at the age of 17 I started helping manage one of my father’s micro-business stores. When I graduated from university, I was already managing the company, and the adventure of new businesses has been with me ever since.
I studied Marketing and Advertising in Colombia for a professional career. When I graduated and with a scholarship, I traveled to the United Kingdom to perfect my English. Then I moved to Spain to do a master’s degree in Creation and Management of Innovative Companies at the University of Barcelona, thanks to another scholarship. Right there I studied for a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing. And in 2020 I took a German course that I complemented with a 3-month stay in Germany.
My curiosity about the human psyche is infinite. I have taken online courses on the fundamentals of neuroscience, psychology, and readings of the mind and/or human behavior in a self-taught way. I look for ways to understand it through books, courses, scientific documentaries, experts in the area, etc.
